Returns

Titan Implants Inc. would like to thank you for every order you place.

 

Please Note: 

  • All products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the invoice date to receive full credit minus shipping charges handling costs and restocking fee of 20%. (Customers who return products that were shipped free will be charged shipping charges as determined by the method or type of shipment i.e. Ground, 2nd day, etc.)
  • Any discounted products not sold as final sale are eligible for exchange/store credit only.
  • International Buyers: Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are separate from the item price(s) and shipping costs. If there is a refusal to accept the package, the buyer still bears responsibility for return shipping charge and 20% restocking fee in addition to previous shipping charges.

 

Requesting a return:

 

ARN(Authorized Return Number):

  • Upon Return Request, you will receive an e-mail with ARN and Return Form attachment.
  • No returns will be accepted without ARN.
  • Any product received after 30 day period from invoice with an ARN will not be issued credit.
  • This ARN number is valid for one week from issue date.
  • All returns should be shipped within one week after ARN is issued.

 

Packing requirements for returning items:

  • All products must be returned in an appropriate sized box with protective covering.
  • Returned products must be returned in original condition: the product must not be marked such as through white out, staples, ink, etc. nor must be damaged or opened.
  • Include a copy of filled Return form and invoice in the box with your return.
  • ARN number should be clearly displayed outside of the shipping box.

 

Shipping criteria for returning items:

  • Returns must be shipped in a traceable manner such as DHL, Fed Ex, or UPS.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Since all online orders placed after 4:00 pm EST are shipped the next business day, if the customer refuses the package due to the package being late, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs along with the original shipping costs to the customer.

 

Issuing credit:

  • Credit is issued back in the method payment was made.
  • Credit is issued within four to six weeks.
  • Please allow your financial institution an additional seven to ten business days to post credit to your account.

 

Note: All Final Sales cannot be returned and are non-refundable. (Final sales is applied for special, promotional price items and custom made items)

 

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer.

 

Titan Implants Inc. may modify or terminate its Return Policy at any time in whole or in part. Modifications to or the termination of the Return Policy will not affect the return rights granted under this Return Policy for Products purchased prior to the date of the modification or termination.

Instructions on How To Request A Return Online:

  • Sign In to your account.
  • From My Account page click on Completed Orders.
  • From Completed Orders page find the Order# that you want to return parts from and click on Return Item(s) button associated with that Order#.
  • Select the quantity to return.
  • Select a reason and explain your reason for return.
  • Read the return policy by clicking Return Policy link.
  • Click on Submit Return Request button.
  • You will then see a message saying that "Your return request has been submitted successfully".

 

Instructions on How To Fill In Return Form:

  • Fill in Authorized Return Number(ARN) (Stated in the Email).
  • Fill in Account # (Stated on Invoice for Telephone Orders).
  • Next to Account Name, fill in the name the Account is registered under.
  • Fill in the Address, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Country, Phone and Email.
  • Next to Date Titan Implants Contacted: Note down the date that the return request was submitted (via Email or telephone).
  • Next to Contact Person: state the name of the person that is submitting the request.
  • Fill in Table mentioning the Catalog/Part#, Lot#, Invoice#, Quantity Returned, and Reason for Return. (Please attach additional page if more space is needed)
  • Next to Signature, the person submitting the return request must have his or her signature.
